Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver training programs for students in automotive manufacturing, focusing on mechanical and automobile subjects.
  2. Train students in production experience, training/teaching experience, and experience as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration.
  3. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industrial updates and developments, incorporating this knowledge into training programs.
Requirements
  1. BE in Mechanical/Automobile or higher (1st division).
  2. Production experience (preferably related to the auto industry) - 2 years.
  3. Training/Teaching experience - 1 year.
  4. Experience as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing or related) - 2 years.
  5. Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile (1st division).
