  3. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    Manage and update customer databases, preparing quotes, contracts, and other documentation as needed for the sales process, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or a related industry.
  3. Skills:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed sales targets, technical aptitude, and the ability to quickly learn and explain new products, excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed, ability to travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as required.
