Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ducting Foreman to join our team at LEO INTERNATIONAL HRC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Leadership: Directly supervise and lead a team of ducting technicians and assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems, including ductwork, vents, and air conditioning systems, in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that ducting installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to plan and schedule ducting installations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Material Management: Manage inventory and procurement of materials needed for ducting installations, ensuring that adequate supplies are available to support project timelines.
