About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel
  3. Ensure that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
  4. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the required standards
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the department
  8. Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  9. Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
