About the Role
Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a competency-based continuing education program that supports nurses in all specialty areas to improve clinical practice.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a continuing education program that addresses the needs of nurses in all specialty areas.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these needs.
  • Develop and maintain a competency-based framework for continuing education that ensures nurses are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the continuing education program and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
