Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Manager to join our team at Crystel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and handling admissions inquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for potential parents, so it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating class lists, and allocating parental login on our app.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our HR administrator to manage nursery supplies and maintain spreadsheets to record payments. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, possess people skills, and demonstrate excellent organization, time-management, and teamwork skills.
