Abroad Work is seeking a part-time office assistant to provide administrative support in our small office in Ajman.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, answering phones and responding to emails, organizing files and documents, and performing general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  4. Performing general office tasks

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Excellent organizational skills
  4. Ability to speak Arabic is a plus but not required

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month. The working hours will be flexible, with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our company also provides accommodation for the selected candidate.
