- Provide general project support, including preparing monthly invoices.
- Maintain correspondence related to projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.
- Compile data for tender submissions and coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare quotations and contracts for AMC, ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Submit quotations to clients, following up on their status.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
- FOLLOW UP ON POs AND LPOs TO OBTAIN REQUIRED APPROVALS AND/OR SIGNATURES.
- COORDINATE WITH PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS FOR MATERIAL DELIVERY.
- COORDINATE WITH THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT FOR MONTHLY INVOICE POSTINGS.
- GENERATE SALES ORDERS AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE FINANCE TEAM FOR INVOICING.
- FILE ACKNOWLEDGED INVOICES FOR ACCOUNTS REFERENCE.
- FILE DOCUMENTS SUCH AS MATERIALS REQUISITION, LOCAL PURCHASE ORDERS, DELIVERY NOTES, QUOTATIONS, AND INCOMING AND OUTGOING DOCUMENTS SENT BY FAX OR E-MAIL.
- INPUT MATERIAL REQUISITIONS AND LOCAL PURCHASE ORDERS TO ENSURE DATA IS UP TO DATE AND ACCURATE USING MICROSOFT EXCEL.
- MAINTAIN A HEALTHY & SAFE ENVIRONMENT AT THE WORKPLACE.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience.
