Key Responsibilities
  • AV Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the setup, operation, and maintenance of all AV equipment used for events and activities within the resort.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of AV technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all audio, video, and lighting requirements are met to the highest standards.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to deliver customized AV solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve event execution and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Russian, German, Italian, or French being a plus.
