Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeling Expert to join our team at Duncan & Ross. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling, particularly in architectural and interior design projects, and be proficient in Revit software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed BIM models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate design coordination and actively participate in clash detection and resolution processes.
  • Maintain compliance with established project standards, BIM protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Support project teams in reviewing and updating models during different project phases.

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on architectural and interior design projects.
  • Expertise in Revit software for Architectural and ID modeling.
  • Strong understanding of joinery detailing and the ability to create simplified yet accurate joinery models.
  • Experience in design coordination, clash detection, and resolution workflows.
