JobSummary:  

The BIM Manageris responsible for managing and coordinating Building InformationModeling (BIM) processes and standards for construction projects.This role involves overseeing the creation maintenance and qualitycontrol of BIM models and shop drawings ensuring they meet projectrequirements and standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

BIMStandards Development andImplementation:

  • Developimplement and enforce BIM standards andworkflows.
  • Ensure all BIM models and shopdrawings adhere to company and projectspecificstandards.

CoordinationandCollaboration:

  • Coordinatewith project stakeholders including architects engineers andcontractors to ensure seamless integration of BIMprocesses.
  • Facilitate communication betweendifferent teams to resolve BIMrelatedissues.

ModelManagement:

  • Oversee thecreation maintenance and updating of BIMmodels.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness ofBIM models and shopdrawings.

QualityControl:

  • Conductquality control checks on BIM models and shop drawings to ensurethey meet project specifications.
  • Implementprocedures for regular audits and reviews of BIMmodels.

Training andSupport:

  • Providetraining and support to project teams on BIM tools andprocesses.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIMtechnologies and bestpractices.

SoftwareManagement:

  • Manage BIMsoftware including installation configuration andtroubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and implement newBIMrelated software andtechnologies.

Project:

  • Develop and implementBIM plans for projects.
  • Ensure that projectmilestones are met and that BIM deliverables are completed on timeand withinbudget.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or arelated field.
  • Extensive experience with BIMsoftware such as Revit AutoCAD andNavisworks.
  • Strong understanding ofconstruction processes and shop drawingrequirements.
  • Excellent communication andcoordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects anddeadlines.

Experience:

  • Minimumof 10 12 years of experience in the BIM managementfield.
