Job Description:

The Asset Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining an effective document control system, preparing and submitting project documents, and handling technical documents between the company, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining an effective document control system
  • Preparing and submitting project documents, such as the project document control procedure, communication plan, and document numbering
  • Handling and controlling all project documents as per procedure
  • Receiving, checking, distributing, dispatching, filing, and controlling all technical documents between the company, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Maintaining an updated master submittal/incoming log and monitoring the schedule and status
  • Providing weekly status of documentation summary report to the project team

Key Skills:

Presentation skills are essential for this role, as the Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders.
