Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and organizing all project documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Document Management:
  • Organize and track all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Ensure documents are correctly labeled, indexed, and stored according to company policies.
Compliance and Standards:
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure version control and secure distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
Coordination:
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and clients for document submissions and approvals.
Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Maintain document databases and generate periodic status reports.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Process Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement improvements to document management systems.
  • Stay updated with new document control technologies and recommend upgrades.
