Client Success Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Strategist to join our growing team at SevenRooms. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing configuration and launch strategies for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand customers' current challenges and accelerate timely product adoption. Your goal will be to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for our clients.
You will have the opportunity to partner with our Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to support customers towards product adoption. With your technical aptitude and expertise in hospitality technology, you will help clients learn our platform effectively and optimize their utilization based on their business needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off to launch
- Successfully manage simultaneous implementation projects on schedule with high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate directly with external stakeholders to confirm goals and tailor configuration and communication
- Be a product expert, able to help clients learn the platform effectively and optimize their utilization
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to support customers towards product adoption
