Client Success Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Client Success Strategist to join our team at Exinity. As a Client Success Strategist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and growing their accounts through a value-based relationship approach.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets by providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio by leveraging your analytical skills and industry expertise.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients by staying up-to-date on market developments and communicating effectively.
  • Research sources to identify potential customers and gather information on their needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and enable efficient sales activities by utilizing available tools, reports, and insights.
  • Listen to clients and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
  • Stay abreast of global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events affecting forex markets.
  • Translate complex financial data into understandable investment advice.

Key Requirements:

  • Native Mandarin and fluent English; Cantonese and/or additional languages considered an asset.
  • Expertise in Forex Markets, including deep understanding of currency pairs and influencing factors.
  • Analytical Skills: ability to analyze financial markets and understand macroeconomic trends.
  • Client Service: excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage high-net-worth clients.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: familiarity with financial regulations and licenses relevant to Forex trading.
  • Experience working in sales for a CFD broker covering Greater China is essential.
  • University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to network effectively and track progress.
