Our client, a global leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent across the company's global corporate and manufacturing operations.

Key Objectives
  • Establish and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles (e.g., engineering, production management, maintenance technicians, supply chain, etc.).
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies in key regions to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Provide oversight to local factory recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and quality in all hiring practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with global recruitment experience, particularly in Europe and the US or another location. A strong understanding of manufacturing industry experience is also essential.
