Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Human Capital CoE, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving business growth through effective recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with divisional heads to review and develop the annual workforce plan, ensuring alignment with our strategic workforce plan and business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design, develop, and implement TA strategic and operational plans, leveraging best practices and established guidelines to acquire and grow talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and develop a robust talent pipeline to source and attract local and international candidates through various official channels, including outreach campaigns, career fairs, sponsorships, and graduate programs.
  • TA Cycle Management: Manage the efficient and effective implementation of the TA cycle process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and assessing candidates in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Assessment: Participate in assessing and interviewing shortlisted candidates, utilizing talent assessment tools such as technical/behavioral assessments, psychometric testing, and assessment centers to ensure identification of the right capabilities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Report key KPIs within TA, including time to fill and source of hire.
  • Employment Branding: Lead and implement employment branding initiatives to attract and retain the right capabilities, enhancing our company reputation and achieving overall business goals.
  • Talent Onboarding: Ensure efficient and effective implementation of the talent acquisition cycle process, including mobilization/on-boarding process, transition, and probationary period for all hired candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to implement new talent acquisition approaches and provide advice on recruitment best practices to ensure candidate applications meet quality requirements.
