About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Growth Partner to join our team at BFL Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Department Heads
    • Work closely with area managers and department heads to conduct regular training needs assessments for various teams, including retail, office, and warehouse staff.
  • Design and Implement Comprehensive Learning Programs
    • Develop and implement tailored learning programs that address the specific needs of each department, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Develop Training Materials and Resources
    • Create high-quality training materials, modules, and resources for both in-person and online learning experiences.
  • Identify Key Skills and Develop Targeted Training Initiatives
    • Identify the essential skills required for success in each department and design targeted training initiatives to enhance employee competencies.
  • Implement Skill Development Programs
    • Develop and implement skill development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with Managers to Address Performance Gaps
    • Work with managers to identify performance gaps and implement relevant training interventions to address these gaps.
  • Conduct Training Sessions and Collaborate with External Trainers
    • Conduct in-store and virtual training sessions as needed, and collaborate with external trainers or vendors for specialized training programs.
  • Evaluate and Improve Learning Initiatives
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning initiatives and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, human resources, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful training programs.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills
    • Familiarity with a variety of training methods and technologies, including e-learning, virtual classroom, and gamification.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
