Inspector Position

MBM Gulf is seeking a High Voltage Electrical Tester to conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test electrical equipment, including transformers and switchgear, to ensure conformity with engineering specifications.
  2. Conduct inspections of high voltage electrical installations and substations.
  3. Develop and implement quality control programs in collaboration with construction contractors.
  4. Review and comment on industry standards and contractor-developed QC programs.
  5. Provide training and support to junior personnel to maintain a high level of technical expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8-10 years of experience in electrical testing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent knowledge of QMS, NFPA, NEC, IEC, ANSI/IEEE, C2 NESC, NACE, API, PIP/CII, and Telecom systems in the Oil/Gas or Petrochemical industry.
