Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Medium Voltage Electrical Specialist to join our operations team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on medium and low voltage engine-driven emergency power generation systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the operations of enginedriven emergency power generation systems, including knowledge of regulations and standards governing their installation, operation, and maintenance. You should also possess a good understanding of electrical safety precautions and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on enginedriven generators, electromechanical control panels, and starters.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and describe the functionality of electrical drawings. You will also need to be proficient in using electrical test equipment and interpreting test results. Familiarity with major assets such as Ring Main Units, MV/LV Transformers, and MV/LV Switchgears is highly desirable.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out safely and efficiently, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
