The Searchplus Hr Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Specialist/Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to newborn infants and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive care to newborn infants, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal growth and development of newborns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care to newborns and their families.
  • Conduct prenatal care for high-risk infants, including monitoring and management of complications.
  • Assist in premature or problematic deliveries, and provide immediate care to newborns as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments to newborns, as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Provide education and support to new parents on newborn care and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Neonatal Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal care.
