Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Care: Perform standard childcare duties, including feeding, bathing, and burping, to ensure the comfort and well-being of the child.
- Establish Routines: Implement and maintain sleep and feeding time routines to promote consistency and structure for the child's daily activities.
- Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve healthy meals for the child, including the weaning process, to support their growth and development.
- Promote Healthy Sleep Habits: Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques to foster healthy sleep patterns in the child.
- Facilitate Learning and Exploration: Organize and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate the child's curiosity and allow for independent exploration and learning.
- Ensure Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the child, including regular cleaning and disinfection of toys and play areas, to promote their health and safety.
- Communication: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the child's activities, development, and any notable incidents, and communicate effectively with parents daily to provide updates on their child's progress and well-being.
- Female Candidate: Due to the nature of the role, which involves intimate childcare, only female candidates are eligible for this position.
- Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Midwifery Graduate providing a solid foundation in healthcare and child development.
- Experience: Demonstrate relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of providing quality care to newborns, infants, and children.
- Passion and Compassion: Exhibit a genuine passion for working with babies and children, showing enthusiasm and dedication to their well-being and development.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and healthcare professionals in a sensitive and supportive manner.
