  5. Proactively develop and implement plans to deliver company, team, and personal targets by developing telesales strategy, testing new ideas, and sharing best practices.
  6. Work with marketing to develop creative ideas and ensure that all opportunities are taken so that sales targets are hit or exceeded.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, human services, or similar field.
  2. Must have outbound sales experience working towards a target.
  3. Previous experience working as a telecalling team lead.
  4. 2-5 years' experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role.
  5. Highly driven and high-energy individual to deliver in a target-driven environment and is hungry for success.
