Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of E-commerce, focusing on the following:
- Develop and implement innovative online merchandising strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee all operational aspects of online merchandising, including product selection, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product offerings.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on merchandising performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance product assortment and promotional opportunities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in online merchandising or a related field, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
