Requirements
  • Strong understanding of service excellence principles, including customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining service excellence programs, resulting in improved customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Service excellence certifications, such as HCSS or NPS.
  • Proven experience in working with SAP or other CRM systems.
