Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Offer strategic advice on local market practices, legal updates, and compliance requirements.
  • P prepare and process official documents such as employment contracts, power of attorneys, and lease agreements.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for company and employee records. Ensure all renewals and approvals are completed before deadlines.
  • Support in managing employee grievances related to labor law issues. Collaborate with management in organizing official visits and events involving government authorities.
  • Handle company vehicle registration and insurance renewals when necessary.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in international business development or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • A strong network and relationships with UAE government entities. Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to function effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
