Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering calls in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers/guests upon arrival and check in guests or direct them to appropriate locations.
  • Answer calls in a timely and professional manner, transferring them to the right extensions and taking messages for colleagues not available.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, considering that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments and DHL network in order to always supply correct and accurate information to customers, both internal and external.
  • Assist with any administration requests or reports as requested.

Requirements

  • Sound educational background with knowledge of the service industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 30 words a minute; passion for delighting customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Team player.
