About the Job
This Receptionist role requires a customer-focused individual who can provide a positive first impression for our visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, meeting and greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival and direct them to the correct location.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to DHL standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers receive prompt and effective support.
- Familiarize yourself with all departments and the DHL network to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required.
- Support the incentive coordinator in their absence and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (service industry preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, with Arabic language knowledge an added advantage.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a willingness to learn and adapt.
