About the Role
The Receptionist role involves creating a positive first impression for our customers by answering calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously. This includes transferring calls to the right extensions and taking messages for employees not available.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival and direct them to appropriate locations.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to DHL standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive instant and immediate action.
- Familiarize yourself with all departments and the DHL network to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports as requested.
- Support the incentive coordinator in their absence and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (service industry preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, with Arabic language knowledge an added advantage.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a willingness to learn and adapt.
