Requirements
  • 2 or more years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment or in a process engineering role.
  • Experience at a GP site with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and use various PC, software, and cloud-based software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • OSB manufacturing experience.
  • Experience and application of safe work practices – Lock Tag Verify (LTV); Hazard Analysis/Awareness.
  • Experience coaching, counseling, and developing employees.
