Job Title: Fine Dining Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Bartender to join our team at The Team Builders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
  • Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
  • Deliver best-in-class drinks to specification consistently and in a timely manner as per company standards
  • Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rotas are adhered to

Requirements:
  • Experience and passion for mixology
  • General mixology and liquor knowledge
  • Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning club/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia
  • Creative
  • Performs well under pressure
  • Fluency in either Russian, Arabic, or Balkan languages would be an advantage
