Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to C-level executives. This includes:

  • Screening and responding to telephone calls and queries.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Managing executives' personal and business diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling and organization.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews, including preparing agendas and necessary documents.
  • Preparing for board meetings, which involves drafting agendas, gathering and printing relevant documents, and arranging refreshments.
  • Organizing company events, such as fund-raisers and staff appreciation functions.
  • Handling correspondence and emails addressed to C-level executives, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Compiling and submitting expense reports to executives.
  • Performing personal errands for executives as required.
