As an Office Assistant at Jing Hau Sharjah, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Tasks:- Communication: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- File Management: Maintain and update our filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record information as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Client Relations: Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with word processing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Office Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating events and meetings as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
