Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Lead the vendor selection process, establish and maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors, and monitor contract compliance.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop, champion, and ensure implementation of ideas that will optimize Dicetek LLC's total cost year-over-year for assigned spend categories.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure strategies are implemented and reductions secured according to implementation plans. Monitor contract compliance and work with business unit leadership to address non-compliance issues.
  • Business Unit Satisfaction: Develop, implement, and monitor business unit satisfaction with key suppliers and the support/responsiveness of the centre purchasing activity for assigned leverage commodities.
  • Expertise Development: Develop an expertise in the assigned spend categories.
  • Technology Identification: Identify and communicate new technologies and solutions to Dicetek LLC's key problems in the assigned spend areas.
  • Sourcing Best Practices: Identify and define sourcing best-practices both within and external to Dicetek LLC and work with key stakeholders to ensure that those best practices are widely adopted by Dicetek LLC's groups, segments, and subsidiaries.
