We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a key member of our Beverage Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and quality in all aspects of service, including appearance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to Beverage Department SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Professionally set up the bar at the start of each shift, including liquor, glassware, juices, and garnishes, and maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.
  • Drink Service: Process drink orders in the correct calling order, verify the number of drinks, and manage billing efficiently to ensure seamless service.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare cocktails according to Anantara Resorts & Spas' standard beverage manual, using precise measurements and techniques to deliver exceptional quality.
  • Liquor Receiving and Inventory: Receive and inspect liquor shipments, comparing them to previous shift's requisitions, and report any discrepancies to the Bar Supervisor.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a secure work environment, never leaving the bar area unless properly relieved by a colleague, and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Assist with cleaning duties, including mopping floors, removing trash and recyclables, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the bar area.
