Key Responsibilities


  • Maintains high standards of performance in accordance with hotel policy and departmental operations manual.
  • Ensures the efficient operation of the department by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinates with colleagues to address operational problems and ensures seamless kitchen operations.
  • Operates kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Assists in implementing food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and municipal regulations.
  • Participates in regular meetings and briefings as scheduled.
  • Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by industry, company, or hotel requirements.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of professional culinary experience.
  • Previous experience in a Commis I or Commis II role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Culinary certificate from a recognized institution (preferred).
