Job Summary:

The Head of Financial Reporting Department will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of financial reports, ensuring their accuracy, and making recommendations for improvement opportunities. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget and Financial Performance Management: Supervise the follow-up of financial reports, review results, and prepare financial performance reports for government agencies.
  • Development of Financial Performance Indicators: Develop and maintain financial performance indicators to measure the government's financial performance.
  • Capital Projects Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of capital projects, review relevant reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Sentinel and Consistency: Oversee the provision of periodic reports related to supported entities and ensure alignment with the government's financial statistics and annual statistical volume.

Requirements:

  • Certification: CTA or CTP or CPA or ADIT is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and tax laws.
