About the Role:
- Develop and implement environmental procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on environmental best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service-related works
- Strong understanding of R.O.W., road furniture, and standard cross-sections and corridors
- Proficient in excavation and backfilling methods per RTA standards
- Knowledge of asphalt and tile reinstatement practices as per RTA requirements
- In-depth understanding of RTA safety standards and NDRC methods
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Arabic for effective communication

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in infrastructure road works contractors
- Knowledge of shoring and piling contractors
- Familiarity with dewatering contractors
