Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Design and install HVAC systems according to specifications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project designs, and provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry advancements and best practices, and develop and implement HVAC system upgrades and retrofits.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality, and conduct site inspections to assess system conditions and requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards, proficiency in HVAC design software, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and strong project management abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, commitment to staying current with industry advancements, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
