Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Pool Safety and Guest Experience Specialist at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman - Rooms. As a key member of our Leisure Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while providing an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pool Supervision: Supervise swimming activities at the pool facility and ensure that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
  • Guest Safety: Ensure that guests in the pool do not engage in improper and dangerous activities and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies.
  • Emergency Response: Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Supervise and assist in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment, assist with chlorine residual water tests, and with records and charts of water tests and records of accidents.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in leisure and fitness.
