About the Role

The Spa and Recreation Team Lead is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa and recreation facilities. This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep understanding of hotel operations.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and excellence. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of spa and recreation operations, including treatment protocols, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures. You will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa and recreation facilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and employee performance
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least one 6-month internship at a 5-star hotel
  • Diploma from an Accredited Hotel Management School
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
