We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Business Development Specialist to join our team at Unique Properties. As a business development specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting sales, and providing expert advice to clients on buying and selling properties in the secondary market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Promote sales through various channels, including open houses and events.
  • Provide personalized property investment advice to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Manage daily operations, including internal CRM tools.
  • Fulfill documentation requirements for transactions, adhering to UAE real estate market regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Secondary Market.
  • UAE driving license and a car is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with sellers and buyers.
  • Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and trustworthy individual.
  • Able to work independently with dedication.
  • Confident decision-maker with a positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is an asset (Dutch, German, and Russian are preferred).
  • Team player.
