Please Note:
This is a commissionbased position with commissions at 50%.
Applicants should have sufficient savings to support themselves during the initial months before generating sales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Location: Must be based in Dubai.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in real estate sales preferably in Dubais market
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with Dubais offplan and secondary real estate landscape; a RERA broker license is an advantage
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a valuable plus
  • Driven and ClientFocused: A proactive gogetter attitude with a dedication to client success and satisfaction
  • Mobility: A valid drivers license is required to support client engagements across Dubai

Hiring Process:
Step 1: Online Google Meeting screening call.
Step 2: Online meeting with our Senior Sales Manager.
Step 3: Final meeting in person or online with our COO.
Step 4: Offer letter issuance.
