Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Sales: Identify or create the need for Imdad products among clients, and keep them updated on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  2. Negotiation and Sales Closure: Apply successful negotiation techniques to close sales.
  3. Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule appointments with existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and identify other opportunities.
  4. Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on the customer's site.
  5. Customer Information: Provide adequate information about new prospects and clients, including ownership, working physicians, relevant client equipment, and status, and update the customer database with proper contact details.
  6. Weekly Reports: Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor activities/events, and competitor pricing changes in a timely manner.
  7. Account Receivables: Assist in following up on accounts receivables for sales accounts under his/her responsibility.
  8. Customer Relationships: Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and key customer personnel, while working toward enhancing such relations and generating new client business accounts.
