As the Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will play a key role in assisting the Manager, Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all marketing activities related to the Marine and Waterpark business, including its sub-business units under the Aquaventure World brand.
  • Work closely with the Marine and Waterpark operations team to provide marketing support and maintain brand positioning.
  • Develop and implement highly effective marketing strategies with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Director.
  • Assist in meeting revenue targets using all channels.
  • Have ownership of the Aquaventure World brand identity, ensuring the tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence is protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
  • Roll out brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all key departments.
  • Audit and maintain visual library for each business unit.
  • Assist in managing internal photoshoots.

Requirements:

  • Strong awareness of business performance to drive budget targets.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations and brand management.
