Role Overview: Senior Housekeeper Operations Director

About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housekeeper Operations Director to lead our housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Daily Tasks:

  1. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our cleaning standards.
  2. Supervise and train housekeeping staff on our cleaning procedures.
  3. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies to prevent stockouts.
  4. Maintain accurate records of areas cleaned and report any maintenance or repair issues to the front office.
  5. Cooperate with other departments to resolve customer complaints related to cleanliness.

Essential Skills:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of cleaning processes and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
