Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company's information technology infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot complex IT system issues and hardware problems to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Oversee the management and monitoring of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  3. Administer databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all information security policies and procedures.
  5. Support end-users with technical functions, providing comprehensive IT support.
  6. Monitor, operate, coordinate, and assist in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve desired results.
  7. Provide user account management, including setup, removal, and resetting passwords.
  8. Oversight and management of a 24x7x365 environment, which may require some off-shift work.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a degree in Information Technology or related field, as well as relevant certifications and trainings.
