As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of restaurant staff.

  1. Support management in setting up operational processes and workflows.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  3. Participate in menu planning, layout design, and kitchen setup.
  4. Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations.
  5. Organize pre-opening events such as soft launches or trial runs.

Requirements include proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, including pre-opening experience.

You will need strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant technology.
