Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Troubleshooting and Deep Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnose complex technical issues using advanced tools and equipment.
  • Technical Support and Guidance: Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Joint Road Tests and Vehicle Inspections: Conduct joint road tests with customers to identify and capture their concerns, and perform routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
  • Technical Documentation and Reporting: Assist Service Advisors in capturing data and creating repair support requests and branch field technical reports for submission to the Aftersales Distributor Team.
  • Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques through hands-on training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Automotive Technical Certification: Hold a diploma in an official and globally recognized automotive technical certification, such as ITI (Industrial Training Institute NCVT Certificate) or ITC.
  • Diagnostic Experience: Possess at least 8 years of experience as a diagnostic technician in German, European, and American models.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate expertise in using all types of scan tools, wiring diagrams, and workshop manuals, as well as the ability to use diagnostic equipment and special service tools to inspect vehicle systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately and maintain accurate records in job orders.
  • Protocol and Procedure Knowledge: Understand and work within established protocols and procedures, and demonstrate the ability to perform to the requirements of Kavak After-sales.
  • Driving License: Possess a valid UAE driving license (a plus).
