Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Offshore Recruitment Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our senior executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for the overall financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO, President, and COO to assess organizational performance, develop financial tools and systems, and provide critical information to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and maintain regular financial reports, including cash flow forecasts and profit and loss statements, and develop recommendations for business improvement.
  3. Finance: Oversee cash flow planning, cash management, and asset management, and develop and utilize predictive models to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans.
Requirements:
  1. CPA/ACA/ACCA qualification, with an MBA advantageous.
  2. 5-10 years' experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive-level staff.
  3. International experience as a CFO from both a financial control and strategic development perspective.
  4. Proven track record of developing and implementing financial management strategies.
  5. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with native English speaker preferred.
